Sanook
In Thai, Sanook means fun — and in Thailand, that's not a bonus, it's a requirement. Work should be sanook. Lunch should be sanook. Even standing in traffic should be sanook if you're doing it right. Life's too short to be serious all the time so, don't worry about it, Mai pen rai.
This lying elephant represents that. Resting on folded legs with its trunk curled up in what can only be described as fun, Sanook is the Eleph'Pop collection kicking back. Swirling colorful motifs, leaf-shaped flourishes, and flowing organic curves cover every surface in a kaleidoscope of yellow, teal, pink, blue, red, and green. This is pop art — it's supposed to make you happy.
The Eleph'Pop collection reimagines Thailand's most beloved symbol — the elephant — in Arnaud Nazare-Aga's signature style: bold color, rounded forms, zero pretension. Sanook takes it one step further. This is the sculpture that reminds you to slow down, smile, and stop taking everything so seriously. Enjoy life.
